50-1510. PERSONAL LIABILITY OF BOARD MEMBERS OR THEIR EMPLOYEES. The board of police retirement fund commissioners shall not, nor shall any person employed by any commissioners, be personally liable in his private capacity for or on account of any act performed or entered into in an official capacity in good faith and without intent to defraud, in connection with the administration of said retirement fund.
