Executions, to whom issued and how governed. — Executions and writs for the delivery of possession of real property shall issue to the sheriff of the county where the same, or some part thereof, is situate, and shall be governed, in all respects, by the rules governing executions in ordinary cases, so far as the same may be applicable.
