Testimony, how taken. — The testimony to be heard on such motion shall be taken as in other cases, except the affidavits which may have been filed with such petition or answer, which may be read on the hearing of such motion; and depositions, taken to support or dissolve an injunction, may be read on the final trial or other proceedings in such cause.
