Section 571.477 – Cancellation of uncollectible assessment.

The Oregon Hemp Commission may cancel an uncollectible assessment consistent with ORS 293.240. Subsequent collection of debt written off under ORS 293.240 is governed by ORS 293.245. [2021 c.216 §28]
