58A.11 NATIONWIDE MULTISTATE LICENSING SYSTEM AND REGISTRY INFORMATION CHALLENGE PROCESS.
The commissioner shall establish a process that allows mortgage loan originators to challenge information entered into the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry by the commissioner.
