Section 6-1605 – Penalties for Violations of Subtitle

    A person who violates this subtitle is subject to:

        (1)    For a first violation, a civil penalty not exceeding $500; and

        (2)    For a second or subsequent violation, a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000.
