Section 6 – Bond or Financial Responsibility; Filing

Section 6. An automobile club licensed pursuant to this chapter shall file a bond in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars with the state treasurer or shall file evidence of financial responsibility satisfactory to said treasurer.
