Section 634.032 – When pesticide is misbranded.

Pesticides shall be deemed misbranded if:

(1) The package or container of such materials bears any false or misleading statement.

(2) The container or package of such materials is not labeled as required by ORS 634.026. [1973 c.341 §11]
