Section 646.831 – Fees and mileage for persons testifying.

Any person appearing for oral examination pursuant to a demand served under ORS 646.750 shall be entitled to the fees and mileage provided for witnesses in ORS 44.415 (2). [1977 c.729 §5; 1989 c.980 §16]
