Section 657.646 – Use of warrant to collect amount of judgment.

In any case in which a judgment is rendered in favor of the Employment Department for amounts due under this chapter, the Director of the Employment Department may issue a warrant to collect the amount of the judgment. [2005 c.336 §2]
