(1) An employer may not willfully refuse or fail to pay a contribution to the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Fund established under ORS 657B.430 or to furnish any report, audit or information duly required by the Director of the Employment Department under this chapter.
(2) An employer may not make a deduction from the wages of an employee to pay any portion of the employer contributions due from the employer. [2019 c.700 §26]
