Repeals. — Laws 2001, ch. 140, § 7 repeals 67-16-13 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 23, § 13, regarding the reimbursement of the transportation department for expenses incurred in implementing the Litter Control and Beautification Act, effective April 2, 2001.
