The department shall have authority to contract with other state and local government agencies for services and personnel reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of the Litter Control and Beautification Act.

Compiler’s notes. — Laws 1985, ch. 23, § 17, which had provided for the repeal of Chapter 67, Article 16 NMSA 1978 effective July 1, 1989, was repealed by Laws 1989, ch. 10, § 7, effective June 16, 1989.
