Consistent with the provisions of ORS 678.245 to 678.285, the Oregon State Board of Nursing shall adopt rules necessary to establish:
(1) The scope of practice of a certified registered nurse anesthetist;
(2) Procedures for licensing a certified registered nurse anesthetist;
(3) Educational and competency requirements required for licensure; and
(4) Procedures for the maintenance of licensure as a certified registered nurse anesthetist, including but not limited to fees necessary for original or renewal licensure. [1997 c.575 §5; 2019 c.358 §32]
