Section 682.019 – Receipt and disbursement of federal funds.

The Oregon Health Authority may receive and disburse such federal funds as may be available for carrying out any of the provisions of ORS 820.330 to 820.380 or this chapter. [Formerly 682.295; 2009 c.595 §1064]
