Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-35-1 to 69-35-17 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1933, ch. 153, §§ 288, 290 to 300, and 305, relating to general safety provisions in mines other than coal, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-8-1 to 69-8-15 NMSA 1978.
