Section 72.8160 – Express warranty in addition to implied warranties.

Nothing in ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 prevents a person from making an express warranty that is in addition to implied warranties prescribed by ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200. [1973 c.413 §14]
