722.1502 Motion to set aside order.
Sec. 12.
In a proceeding under this act, a party may file a motion to set aside the order entered under section 6(3) or contesting a child’s paternity as provided in the revocation of paternity act, 2012 PA 159, MCL 722.1431 to 722.1445.
