Section 731.282 – Authority to sell publications.

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may sell, at a price reasonably calculated to cover the costs of preparation, any of the copies, compilations or materials described in ORS 731.280. [1971 c.231 §2; 1982 s.s.1 c.17 §3]
