750.433 Giving false or fictitious name.

Sec. 433.

Giving false or fictitious name—Any person who shall give a false or fictitious name to the apothecary, druggist or other person from whom any poison mentioned in the next preceding section was purchased shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
