Section 750.695 – ORS 750.505 to 750.715 not to affect regulation of practice of law; plan not subject to Insurance Code.

(1) ORS 750.505 to 750.715 do not affect the regulation of the practice of law.

(2) Except as provided in ORS 750.505 to 750.715, legal expense plans are not subject to the Insurance Code. [1989 c.331 §20]
