Employment status of student athlete with a postsecondary education institution.
THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED IN THE 2022 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2022-2 EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 3, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
Nothing in this article or rule of the commission shall affect the employment status of a student athlete with a postsecondary education institution. A student athlete shall not be considered an employee of a postsecondary education institution based on participation in an intercollegiate sport.
