Section 87.826 – Construction.

ORS 87.806 to 87.831 shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act. [1967 c.445 §6; 1981 c.852 §6]
