    99:6 Military Service. –

Any person who left state service to enter armed forces of the United States in World War I or World War II and who, upon termination of such military service, returned to state service without employment elsewhere may count the time so spent in such military service as continuous state service to obtain benefits provided under RSA 94:4 and 99:5.
