The Commission shall report to the Governor and to the Legislature within fifteen days after the convening of each regular legislative session, and at such other times as it deems appropriate.
The Committees and the Commission created by this chapter shall be informally known, respectively, as the Legislature’s Cooperation Committee, the Governor’s Cooperation Committee and the Virgin Islands Cooperation Commission.
The Council of State Governments is declared to be a joint governmental agency of the Virgin Islands and of the States of the United States which cooperate through it.
