§ 121. Enforcement of chapter
Conservation officers appointed by the Commissioner of Conservation and Cultural Affairs are primarily responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 180 days, or both.
