§ 204. Octane rating standards

For the purposes of this section, octane rating shall be determined in the manner described in the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) “Standard Specification for Gasoline”, D439–70.

§ 205. Penalty

Any person who wilfully violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $500 or to imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

§ 206. Enforcement supervision

The Director of the Consumer Services Administration shall be responsible for supervising the enforcement of this chapter.
