Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to abrogate or affect the provisions of any applicable federal or territorial laws, rules or regulations which are more restrictive concerning advertising devices than the provisions of this chapter or of the regulations adopted hereunder.
All fees transmitted to the Commissioner of Finance in accordance with section 506 of this chapter, and all fines imposed by the courts for violations of this chapter or regulations hereunder shall be covered by the Commissioner of Finance into the “Road Fund” established by 33 V.I.C. § 3002.
Whoever violates or refuses to comply with any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation issued hereunder shall be fined not more than $50.00 for each and every such violation or act of noncompliance, and each day during which such violation or act of noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate offense.
