§ 371. Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires, otherwise: (a) “Director” means the Director of the Bureau of Corrections; and (b) “Bureau” means the Bureau of Corrections.

§ 372. Establishment

There is established in the executive branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Bureau of Corrections.
