§ 332. Exhibition of license

Every person to whom a license has been issued pursuant to this chapter shall exhibit such license upon the demand of any person.

§ 333. Issuance, revocation, and conditions of licenses

The Lieutenant Governor may issue licenses, hear and determine complaints against licensees and suspend or revoke any license or permit issued by him. § 334. Good order; age limits

Every keeper of a public place where there are pool or billiard tables shall maintain good order and allow no person under 14 years of age to play therein.

§ 335. Penalties

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 306 of Title 27.
