Every person to whom a license has been issued pursuant to this chapter shall exhibit such license upon the demand of any person.
The Lieutenant Governor may issue licenses, hear and determine complaints against licensees and suspend or revoke any license or permit issued by him. Every keeper of a public place where there are pool or billiard tables shall maintain good order and allow no person under 14 years of age to play therein.
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 306 of Title 27.
