Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as superseding or affecting in any manner any other provision of law relating to the alteration, repair, or demolition of insanitary or unsafe dwellings or other structures.
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.
