§ 20-7-501. Title

This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Arkansas Health-Conscious Shopper Act”.

§ 20-7-503. Arkansas Health-Conscious Shopper Program

(a) There is created the Arkansas Health-Conscious Shopper Program. (b) Under the program, each Arkansas business that uses shopping carts or infant carriers is encouraged to voluntarily provide consumers with sanitation wipes at the entrance of its business on or before January 1, 2008.
