This subchapter does not prohibit the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration and his or her authorized agents from entering into agreements with taxpayers pursuant to § 26-18-705 which shall not be subject to public disclosure if the subject matter of the agreement is protected from public disclosure by the Freedom of Information […]
Any person who violates the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
