§ 25-3-101. Promulgation of rules

The state personnel board shall promulgate rules for the administration of Sections 25-3-91 through 25-3-99, which shall be binding upon state service agencies within the meaning of Section 25-9-107.

§ 25-3-99. Prior payment of leave earned unaffected
