Section 23-9-2 – Definitions.

Section 23-9-3 – Adolescent treatment hospital; creation.
The “adolescent treatment hospital” is created. The adolescent treatment hospital shall provide care, treatment and reintegration into society for adolescents who are violent or who have a history of violence and have a mental disorder and who are amenable to treatment. The “adolescent residential treatment facility” is created.
