Section 24-25-1 – Short title.

Chapter 24, Article 25 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the “New Mexico Telehealth Act”. History: Laws 2004, ch. 48, § 1; 2007, ch. 203, § 1. ANNOTATIONS The 2007 amendment, effective June 15, 2007, changed the statutory reference to the act.
