ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1981, ch. 39, § 128, repealed 60-3-1 and 60-3-2 NMSA 1978, relating to general provisions concerning the Liquor Control Act, effective July 1, 1981. For present provisions, see 60-3A-1 to 60-3A-5 NMSA 1978.
