ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1981, ch. 39, § 128, repealed 60-4-1 through 60-4-10 NMSA 1978, relating to the department of alcoholic beverage control, effective July 1, 1981. For present provisions, see 60-4B-1 to 60-4B-8 NMSA 1978.
