ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-16-1 to 69-16-7 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1933, ch. 153, §§ 72 to 77, relating to ladderways in coal mines, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-8-1 to 69-8-15 NMSA 1978.
