An administrative staff person shall be appointed to serve under the direction of the committee to assist with investigations conducted in accordance with this section. Sanctions for unprofessional conduct shall be established by the committee.
All licensees shall comply with their respective certifying entity’s Guidelines for Responsible Conduct and Professional Disciplinary and Ethical Standards.
