“Erect,” as used in this part, includes only such steam boilers, steam kettles, pressure tanks, or steam generators as are assembled at the place of installation, and does not include such steam boilers, steam kettles, pressure tanks, or steam generators as are constructed at the place of manufacture and delivered to the place of installation.
