Sec. 19.25.130. Penalty for violation.

A person who violates AS 19.25.080 – 19.25.180, or a regulation adopted under AS 19.25.080 – 19.25.180, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $5,000.

Sec. 19.25.140. Compensation for removal of advertising.

(a) The department is authorized to acquire by purchase, gift, or condemnation all advertising devices and any property rights pertaining to them when the advertising devices are required to be removed under AS 19.25.150. (b) Damages resulting from a taking in eminent domain shall be ascertained in the manner provided by law.
