12-1701. Definition In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: " Foreign judgment" means any judgment, decree, or order of a court of the United States or of any other court which is entitled to full faith and credit in this state.

12-1705. Filing fees Any person filing a foreign judgment shall pay to the clerk a fee pursuant to section 12-284. Fees for docketing, transcription or other enforcement proceedings shall be as provided for judgments of the superior court.
12-1706. Other rights of enforcement The right of a judgment creditor to bring an action to enforce his judgment instead of proceeding under this article remains unimpaired.
12-1707. Uniformity of interpretation This article shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
