15-840. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Expulsion" means the permanent withdrawal of the privilege of attending a school unless the governing board reinstates the privilege of attending the school. 2. " Suspension" means the temporary withdrawal of the privilege of attending a school for a specified period of time.
