§ 15-1151 – Definition of school meal programs

15-1151. Definition of school meal programs In this article, unless the context otherwise requires, " school meal programs" means programs under which meals are served by a public or private school on a nonprofit basis to children in attendance, including a program under which federal assistance is received.
