29-361. Short title This chapter may be cited as the uniform limited partnership act.
29-362. Severability If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.

29-365. Effect of enactment on accrued rights The enactment of this chapter does not affect any right accrued or established or any liability or penalty incurred under any prior statute relating to limited partnerships.
