§ 30-691 – Definition; limitation

30-691. Definition; limitation A. In this article, " radioactive waste material" means any residue remaining after the processing of source material. B. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, no license shall be granted for disposing of any radioactive waste material that originated as waste from without this state.
