§ 31-271 – Adult correctional facility; multiple confinement

31-271. Adult correctional facility; multiple confinement Any adult correctional facility acquired, converted or constructed shall confine more than one person in each cell or room except as strictly necessary for the purposes of punishment or the protection of specific prisoners.
