41-4271. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Critical infrastructure" has the same meaning prescribed in section 41-1801. 2. " Fuel facility" means a commercial aviation fuel, petroleum or natural gas transmission facility in this state that is not located on the premises of a commercial airport.
