41-1672. Voluntary employment An offender may be employed under this article only on a voluntary basis and only after the offender has been informed of the conditions of the offender’s employment.

§ 41-1673 – Application of other laws

41-1673. Application of other laws A. An offender employed under this article is not eligible for unemployment compensation benefits under title 23, chapter 4. B. An enterprise operating on correctional facility premises under this article is subject to all laws and rules otherwise governing the operation of similar enterprises in this state.
